At Hair Salon Pro, we are proud of the quality and depth of the educational resources we create. We want every member and customer to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy clearly outlines the terms under which refunds are available for each of our product and service categories.
Digital Courses – 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all standalone digital course purchases, including “Salon Business Blueprint,” “Marketing Mastery for Stylists,” and “From Booth Renter to Salon Owner.” If you purchase a course and are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date.
To request a refund, email us at info@hairsalonpro.com with your name, the email address used to make the purchase, and your order number. We will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refund requests submitted after the 14-day window cannot be honored.
Paid Memberships (Pro and Elite Tiers)
Our Pro ($29/month) and Elite ($79/month) membership tiers are billed on a recurring monthly basis.
Cancellation. You may cancel your membership at any time by logging into your account and updating your subscription settings, or by emailing us at info@hairsalonpro.com. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will retain full access to your membership content through the final day of your paid period.
Refunds. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused days within a billing cycle. If you cancel mid-month, you will continue to have access to your membership content until the end of that month, but no partial refund will be issued for the remaining days.
Exceptions. If you were charged in error due to a technical issue on our platform, please contact us immediately at info@hairsalonpro.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Free Trial Conversions
If you enrolled in a 7-day free trial of the Pro membership and were charged because you did not cancel before the trial period ended, please contact us within 48 hours of the charge at info@hairsalonpro.com. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Digital Templates and Tools – No Refunds
Due to the immediately accessible and downloadable nature of our individual digital templates and toolkit bundles, all sales of these products are final and non-refundable. By completing your purchase of a digital download, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a product you have purchased, please contact us at info@hairsalonpro.com and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Group Coaching Programs
Our group coaching program is a high-touch, small-group experience. Because enrollment reserves a seat that cannot be offered to another applicant, refunds are not available once a coaching cohort has commenced. Withdrawal requests received more than 7 days before the program start date may be eligible for a credit toward a future cohort, at our sole discretion. Withdrawal requests received within 7 days of the program start date are not eligible for a refund or credit.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@hairsalonpro.com. Please include your full name, the email address associated with your purchase, your order number or transaction ID, the product or service you are requesting a refund for, and a brief description of the reason for your request. We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 2 business days.
