These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hair Salon Pro, owned and operated by Scott Farmer (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing hairsalonpro.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not use the Site to distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site’s functionality.

Products and Services

Free Resources. We offer free educational content, calculators, downloadable guides such as the Price Increase Script Pack, and an email newsletter. Free resources do not include access to paid products.

Salon Owner Starter Pack. We offer the Salon Owner Starter Pack, a bundle of downloadable digital templates, calculators, and scripts, for a one-time payment. You get access as soon as your payment goes through. All Starter Pack purchases, including any add-on offered at checkout, are subject to our Refund Policy.

HSP Pro Membership. HSP Pro enrollment opens for limited periods. When enrollment is open, we offer HSP Pro, a monthly membership that provides weekly group coaching calls with Scott Farmer, a private member community, AI-assisted specialist tools, and business templates and calculators. The standard price is $197 per month. A limited number of founding members may enroll at $147 per month. Founding members keep $147 per month for as long as they stay a member. If a founding membership is cancelled, lapses, is refunded, or a failed payment is not resolved within 14 days, the founding rate ends and any later enrollment is at the standard price in effect at that time. By completing checkout you authorize recurring monthly charges to the card on file until you cancel. You may cancel at any time by emailing info@hairsalonpro.com. Cancellation requests must arrive at least 2 business days before your next billing date to stop that charge. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you keep access through the final day of your paid period. The guarantee that applies to your purchase is the one shown on the sales page at the time you enroll, as described in our Refund Policy.

Coaching. We may offer group or one-on-one coaching programs for salon owners. Enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience for others.

AI-Assisted Tools. Some HSP Pro tools, including our AI specialists, use artificial intelligence to respond to the numbers and details you enter. They support Scott’s coaching. They do not replace it. Their answers are educational and informational only. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and they can contain errors. Check any number or recommendation against your own records, or with your accountant, before you act on it.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including text, graphics, logos, videos, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, and all other materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of Hair Salon Pro and Scott Farmer, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. When you purchase a digital product or membership, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any of our content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Results

Hair Salon Pro is an educational brand. We provide business strategies, frameworks, and tools based on Scott Farmer’s 30+ years of experience in the salon industry. However, we make no representations or warranties that the use of our content will result in any specific financial outcome, business growth, or level of success. User Conduct in Community Spaces

Members of our free and paid communities are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any member from our community – without refund – for conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, spammy, or otherwise harmful to other members.

Affiliate Disclosure

Our Site and email communications may contain affiliate links. If you purchase a product through one of our affiliate links, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe are valuable to our audience.

Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience only. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Hair Salon Pro and Scott Farmer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site, our products, or our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last Updated” date on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
