These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Hair Salon Pro, owned and operated by Scott Farmer (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing hairsalonpro.com (the “Site”) or purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others. You may not use the Site to distribute harmful, offensive, or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems, or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable, or impair the Site’s functionality.

Products and Services

Free Community Access. We offer a free community membership that provides access to basic educational content, our weekly newsletter, and community resources. Free membership does not include access to Pro or Elite tier content.

Paid Membership Tiers. We offer two paid membership tiers – “Pro” at $29 per month and “Elite” at $79 per month – each providing progressively deeper access to business tools, templates, playbooks, and recorded coaching content. Membership fees are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and you will retain access to your membership content through the final day of your paid period.

Digital Courses. We offer self-paced digital courses including “Salon Business Blueprint,” “Marketing Mastery for Stylists,” and “From Booth Renter to Salon Owner.” Course access is granted immediately upon successful payment. All course purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.

Digital Templates and Tools. We offer individual digital templates and toolkit bundles, including business plan templates, client consultation forms, pricing calculators, and employee onboarding kits. These are downloadable digital products, and all sales are subject to our Refund Policy.

Group Coaching. We offer a high-touch, small-group coaching program for salon owners. Enrollment is subject to availability. We reserve the right to remove any participant who disrupts the experience for others.

Free Trials

From time to time, we may offer a 7-day free trial of the Pro membership tier. If you enroll in a free trial, you must cancel before the trial period ends to avoid being charged the standard monthly membership fee.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site – including text, graphics, logos, course videos, audio recordings, worksheets, templates, and all other materials – is the exclusive intellectual property of Hair Salon Pro and Scott Farmer, protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. When you purchase a digital product or membership, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own personal or internal business purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or sell any of our content without our prior written permission.

Disclaimer of Results

Hair Salon Pro is an educational brand. We provide business strategies, frameworks, and tools based on Scott Farmer’s 30+ years of experience in the salon industry. However, we make no representations or warranties that the use of our content will result in any specific financial outcome, business growth, or level of success. User Conduct in Community Spaces

Members of our free and paid communities are expected to engage respectfully and professionally. We reserve the right to remove any member from our community – without refund – for conduct that is abusive, discriminatory, spammy, or otherwise harmful to other members.

Affiliate Disclosure

Our Site and email communications may contain affiliate links. If you purchase a product through one of our affiliate links, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay. We only recommend products and services we genuinely believe are valuable to our audience.
